I’ve known Aldo for over 30 years and I know he has the experience and expertise in
the real estate business, so I contacted him when time came to sell my condo.
My wife and I met with Aldo and Kelly and on our initial meeting, they both put us at
ease, since selling your home can be a very stressful time, with their warm and calm
demeanor. They kept in contact with us during every phase of the process and Kelly
had brought goodies during some of our meetings.
We did have a matter with special assessments that Aldo and Kelly had worked with
the buyer's agent for a favorable outcome.
We were impressed with Kelly bringing in potted flowers to dress up the front porch and
